In her normal day-to-day life, Vishna wears very comfortable and stylish clothing, leaving her hair down and doing whatever she wants. She stands at 5'6" Has a slim figure, and she wears a binding around her chest. She has a very simple taste in clothes; If it's cute and comfortable, it's hers.

During some nights, when she has 'work' to do, Vishna wears dark clothing, and usually hides her face.... This is to keep herself safe, and keep her facade up.


Vishna, on the outside, is a loving, fun, outgoing, and brave girl. Vishna is obligated by moral values in her life, and cares more about other people than herself. She, of course, does care for herself, and has respect for her body. She was raised to be kind and caring, but also raised to be willing to break any rules. This includes hurting people she deems unworthy of life, those who injure others, or use others and has a negative impact on their lives. This side of her is very black and white; There’s really no escaping her wrath.

This has an effect on her, though. She feels what she does is wrong on a level. That she’d be persecuted whether or not she was wrong in doing what the cops wouldn’t. This hits her on a personal level, causing varying degrees of grief, frustration towards herself, and general depression. In a depressive episode, she tends to get into violent arguments, though she’s working on that. She never regrets her actions in the moment, unless she kills someone, which she knows too well that she is capable of doing. She does regret her actions later on, though. She’ll try to fix it through favors and sometimes baking.

On the stage, all inhibitions, regrets, and previous thoughts, of which she has far too many, vanish. She’s in the moment every time. It’s like this every time she performs whether it’s in front of one person, or many. Many people see her as brave; she sees this as escaping reality.


Unlike other airbenders, obviously, Vishna wasn’t raised in an air temple; Her family had ‘escaped’ from a few generations before, after her great-uncle or something had killed a monk on accident. From since then, her family has travelled and changed throughout the years, doing what they needed to survive…. But they kept their line pure with Airbenders.

Her being the fifth generation, her family had earned a name within some cities. She was raised in a well-funded setting, in a great house, with servants at her whim. Nobody dared mess with them, as they basically owned the small village of Makapu, in the Earth Republic. By paying off the officials, and having a top spot in the city council, they got away with anything and everything.

Vishna was born to Zama and Tangin, as the second child to their line. Zama was born to the revered family, and was the third out of her siblings. She had several cousins, none of which she could remember the name of at any given time. Vishna had four siblings; One older and one younger brother, and two younger sisters. In order, it was Nisel, Vishna, Zinra, Zade, and Misha.

Everyone had their specific traits. Of course, the boys were more rowdy than the girls, and the girls more proper than the boys… But everyone was good at keeping quiet about what went on in their training. What did go on was between them and their teachers. They were taught the difference between good and bad, a moral standpoint in life that they were convinced they needed to follow during the entirety of their lives. They were taught how to fight, how to use their bending, which everyone but Zade had gotten during their training, Vishna at the age of eight, a little behind her other siblings. They were taught how to be ruthless killers; Assassins. They were taught this, but their parents also gave them their own particular teachers, for each their own hobby. Whether it’s singing, dancing, acting, sports, or anything else, they had what they needed. Vishna in particular, was good at singing.

When she turned eighteen, her parents had decided that the children had gone far enough into their training. But of course, some of them continued to train on their own. Vishna wasn’t one of those people; She figured she was good enough as she was. Her parents gave her the freedom to do as she wished. Vishna’s personal teacher told her about Republic City. All the wonders and opportunities… And Vishna wanted that. So, with her teacher, she moved to the Republic City, and is now living there in an apartment. As she’s not yet ready to live on her own, she’s also living with her teacher, since she trusts her more than anyone else.

  • Air Blast

The user sends a burst of air out in the shape of a ball in front of them which can be used offensively or defensively.

  • Air Shield

The user creates a funnel of air in front of them that redirects attacks around them.

  • Air Swipe

The user sends a sharp jet of air out in the shape of a crescent which can be used to cut things.

  • Enhanced Agility (Passive)

The user is naturally more agile than a normal human.

  • Gliding (Passive)

The user can glide across the air for a short period of time; this can be sustained for a medium amount of time by using a glider.

Basic Powers

  • Air Bullets

The user rapidly sends a flurry of small air blasts which can be used to pummel something in quick succession. (Achieved after 1 week)

  • Air Strike

The user can attach a burst of wind to any physical attack with their arms or legs for added force. (Achieved after 2 weeks)

Gust Walker

Initial Powers
  • Air Vortex

The user can create a large spiraling gust of air out all around them which is can be used to knock down or disorient others. The user is unable to move for a short time after using this power.

  • Wind Breath

The user can create a powerful torrent of wind from their mouth which can be directed and redirected with ease by using their lungs. The user is immobile while using this power.

  • Assisted Flight (Passive; Exclusive to Gust Walker)

The user is able to sustain partial flight for a short period of time by creating large gusts of wind and forcing them upon themselves; this can be sustained for a long amount of time by using a glider. However the large gusts are somewhat loud.

  • Air Bubble (Passive; Exclusive to Gust Walker)

The user can generate an air bubble around small objects, giving them a limited ability to remotely move objects at their discretion with reasonable precision. This power cannot be used on heavy or large objects, only two air bubbles can be sustained at a time, user is immobile while using this power.

Advanced Powers

(Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed. Also, Master level powers can only be achieved after 7 months and require 2 open power slots.)

  • Cloudbending (Passive)

The user is able to manipulate water vapor in order to move or create clouds which can be used to obscure sight. (Achieved after 2 months)

  • Enhanced Speed (Passive)

The user is able to redirect air flow around them, removing air resistance and generating a wind current behind them, thus greatly increasing their running speed. (50-60 mph). The user cannot use the power to enhance the speed of their flight/gliding or jumping and they're vulnerable to fatigue and high-speed collision while running at these new speeds.  (Achieved after 4 months)
