I'd still like some kind of plot for him, maybe some kind of rival? He's the only villain I have available during Book 1, so I'm bound to create some carnage with him.

Personality As the oldest of 4 siblings, Kila serves as the most grounded and level headed one as his sisters goof around and argue. Somewhat of an enabler, he typically does whatever his sisters ask and lets them do whatever their please. He remains wary of pissing off any of them since he knows they're just as deadly as him. Though he is still everything you'd expect from a wastelander, ready to kill, steal or rape whenever it's convenient to him. The law of the land means absolutely nothing to him. Kila only really cares about himself and his wonderful sisters, horribly protective of them when outsiders are involved. He believes they should all be eachother's top concern if they're going to survive, though his lust for another woman could make him somewhat of a hypocrite.
History Tingenek was the chief of a tribe in the Wastelands, completely ruthless and even more terrifying. He was revered as the best pirate in the wastelands, having a fleet of ships at his disposal and keeping a number of women as his prize during every plunder. To name some of these women, there’s Jia, an earthbender woman, and Yua, a fire nation woman. Jia was married to Tingenek first. She was taken from the Earth Republic as a prize for plundering a little village on the edge of it. Jia got pregnant during that raid, and died during childbirth due to some complications with her health that was pre-existing. The result of this birth was a very healthy young boy named Kilalurak, who became a model son. A perfect wastelander. A year later, he raided a rather large fire nation village and took home a young Yua as a prize. She got pregnant not long after migrating to the wastelands and subsequently gave birth to a young girl with fiery red hair, who she named Luca, who had always been a problem at a very young age. Tingenek impregnated Yua again within half the year and she gave birth again to another female, whom Tingenek named Kyllikki. Months after, Tingenek married a young woman named Sura, not as a prize but for what is the wastelander equivalent of love. Namely, Sura was very good at killing. To prove her love and commitment, she murdered Yua in cold blood and was forced to take her children in. A year and a half after Kyllikki was born Sura fell pregnant, giving birth to a daughter whom was named Saghani. She begun to shun Kyllikki and Luca for being bastard children of a deceased woman and begun to treat them like animals while Tingenek was away on raiding missions. Sura was a deranged and very violent woman and promised Tingenek that if he had ever brought back another woman, she would end her miserable life as well. So Saghani was raised to be a perfect child who was given whatever she wanted and often times felt little remorse for the unfair treatment of her other siblings. However, as time went on, she started to slowly feel a closeness to them. They were her blood, after all. Kilalurak had grown up, admiring the savage wastelanders he lived amongst. Having seen his first dose of violence at the tender age of 5 he loved the idea of causing such havoc himself. After failing to bend water, Kila made the mistake of assuming he was a nonbender. The exact reason why he picked up the biggest sword he could lift and stormed onto the battlefield from a rather young age. After 2 years, he finally discovered his earthbending when he swiftly destroyed a large rock that nearly shattered his skull. Finding the element hardly useful in his environment, he continued slashing down foes with a nice blade. Making up for his lack of skill with sheer tenacity. His warrior spirit made their father extremely proud, causing him to earn his spot as the 2nd favorite child. Even managed to go on a few hunting trips with him, not as much time Seghani got with him but it was something. Luca was by far the least favored from the family. Despite being beautiful, tenacious, and ruthless, she was also the one who tended to love fun- Of course that included killing and maiming, but it also meant parties and joking around. From a young age, she loved her siblings dearly. She looked up to Kila, and she wanted to protect Kyllikki and Saghani with her life. When Saghani was being trained with Tingenek gone, Luca and Kyllikki had to fend for themselves. She kept their morals up (usually her own with alcohol). She made fires for Kyllikki to keep her warm, which is how she found out about her abilities. When she was eight, she wasn’t able to get a fire going with flint and steel, her irritation caused sparks, and eventually, a fire. Luca never took her eyes off her little sister. Still, she also teased her a lot as well, something she now knows not to do to her after getting a stab in the eye, which would have caused blindness in that eye if not for their tribe’s healer. Kyllikki had always been the black sheep of her family, always energetic and unstable. She had a deep fascination with the color blue and as soon as she could she began dying her hair the color of ice. Throughout her early childhood, Kyllikki never got along with any of her siblings and she preferred solitude to the company of her family. If any of them annoyed her in the slightest she would lash out, violently if possible. As time wore on it became apparent that Kyllikki would never be a bender and as such she decided that the life of a normal warrior was superior to that of the life of your standard tribeswoman (an object of servitude to the men). Kyllikki grew in skill and ferocity rapidly and was soon one of her father’s favoured children, though this did not stop her insane sense of humor and odd demeanour. Now Saghani, being the youngest and the spawn of the woman that Tingenek actually loved, quickly ascended to become to favorite child out of all four. Tingenek, for the first time during any of the births of his kids, was there to see Saghani into the world. On top of that, he spent time with her and took her under his wing, training her to be just like him. This proved to be easy, as she took after her father naturally. She simply received the grace and beauty from her mother and callous disregard for human life from her father. Saghani bloomed late when it came to the ability to bend, mostly because she never really did anything other than use weapons. She had a sweet life and never had much use for frustration (a way in which bending shows) and her stress levels were always at an all-time low. So her bending finally came to light when she was eight years old. Tingenek, absolutely thrilled to finally have another waterbender in the family, celebrated with the rest of their tribe (a luxury none of the other children got). Saghani begun to become increasingly annoyed with how her own mother was treating her siblings. Sura was becoming what most of the tribe would soon deem as a rival to Saghani, her own daughter. One night, when Saghani and Luca had abandoned their chores for some good old fashion wrestling, Luca had accidentally knocked over an entire pot of stew. In a fit of deranged anger, Sura dragged Luca out into the middle of the village and begun to beat her. Her final act was to hit her with the sharp edge of her blade, creating a deep gash in her back. Saghani, utterly horrified and angered, ran her own mother through with that same sword not long after. The death of Sura was not to be forgotten and the members of the village never seemed to mess with the siblings after that. Now with the death of their father and his raid party during a plunder gone wrong in the Earth Republic, each child inherited the fortune from their father. It was split into equal parts, each receiving a ship for themselves. Kila felt it was his place to watch over his three younger sisters. Now with most of the men who were able to fight now dead, no one was able to rival the four wasteland teenagers. Throughout all of this, they all stuck together and continue to do so. Now, with all of the freedom they could ever dream of, they plunder, rape, steal and murder their way through life. Currently, they have docked themselves in Republic City. Only the Avatar could fathom what is going to happen in Republic City now.
Powers Earth Citizen Initial Powers Earth Bomb The user can send a small boulder flying in any direction once struck which breaks apart into many smaller projectiles when it hits something. Earth Smash The user is able to crush or even shatter anything made of stone without any force required. Earth Shield The user is able to create a small wall made of stone which can be used to defend or obstruct a path. Earth Levitation (Passive) The user is able to cause earth to levitate allowing them to use any earth they control as a moderate defense or even to allow time to prepare an attack. Compression Control (Passive) The user is able to compress earth into a much denser state allowing them to harden soil or stone for stronger offense or defense. The user must take time to compress the earth. Basic Powers (Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed.) Earth Gauntlet The user is able to craft a gauntlet of stone around their arm which enhances their blunt attacks. (Achieved after 1 week) Mudbending (Passive) The user is able to manipulate the water in mud in order to move mud, add water to earth to make mud or even pull water from the mud leaving only dirt. (Achieved after 2 weeks) Rock Breaker (Achieved after 1 month) Initial Powers Earth Launch The user is able to create jets of stone out of the ground which can be used to launch things into the air as well as a sort of spring to soften falls from high distances. Earthquake The user is able to strike the ground and create large tremors which can disorient or even topple others in a large area around them. The user is unable to differentiate friend from foe with this power. Remote Earthbending (Passive; Exclusive to Rock Breaker) The user is able to earthbend without touching the earth they are bending. Avalanche (Exclusive to Rock Breaker) The user can tear several large chunks of earth straight out of the ground and command them to float into the air before raining down around them. The user can ensure that themselves and nearby allies aren't harmed in the attack, but they are unable to move while using this power as it takes heavy concentration. Advanced Powers (Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed. Also, Master level powers can only be achieved after 7 months and require 2 open power slots.) Earth Wave The user is able to manipulate the top soil of the ground into a sort of wave in order to move more quickly as well as topple others off their feet. (Achieved after 2 months) Metalbending (Passive; requires 2 open slots) The user is able to bend metal. Metal is significantly denser than stone and in turn makes the act of bending it take longer than if it were stone. The user may only metalbend one object at a time, the size of the object does not matter nor do any other objects connected. (Achieved after 7 months)
Weapons Dao Kila had claimed this rather impressive blade from some idiotic swordsman who forgot that his sword was completely bendable. Decapitating a man with his own sword was a wonderful way to begin metalbending. Obviously it serves as his main melee weapon in battle. Meteor Hammer This one he stolen from some annoying cop who tried stopping him from dragging some bitch back home one night. While the officer was a better metalbender, Kila had proven himself as the better warrior and claimed himself another weapon. He swings around the weight and metalbends it to make powerful strikes towards an opponent. Hira Shuriken While it is only a single projectile, the shuriken can easily be metalbent and used to quickly kill several foes. Due to it's weight and size, it's often too hard to see midair until it's too late.
