Ichi is a large, muscular man with golden colored eyes. He has a fair skin tone and dark brown colored hair that sits on his head and grows along his chin and jawline.


Ichi was known as a very cocky, big trouble maker when he was younger and remains to possesses that quality. Notably, he's good at lying and instigating situations, a trait that has come in handy when getting out of tough predicaments. Other than that, he has a quick wit, and casually spews the most offensive things that comes to his mind when speaking with someone. He lacks a moral compass, and still often steals and fights to get what he wants. If anything, his top priority is financial gain and nothing matters more than business. To compliment his huge ego, he's a huge pervert who loves to drink and has an awful temper, especially when it comes to not getting what he wants. However, he does fantasize about leaving his current life style behind and starting anew.


Ichi's childhood life was much of a disaster growing up. Ichi was born in the Fire Nation to two unknown parents. Just as an infant, he was found laying on the side of an old back road. Immediately, Ichi was put into an orphanage. He grew up in the slums of the Fire Nation and often witnessed crimes and murders, which began to alter his little, growing mind of reality. He learned of his firebending abilities at the age of 7, and his ability to bend was never tended to. Eventually, Ichi became a bully, and picked on numerous children. He was often suspended and even expelled from school, using his firebending to strike fear into his enemies.

Being the little trouble maker that he was, Ichi sneaked out of the orphanage one night with some of his peers. It was a late night, and there were some smuggling going around at the docks. Mischievously, the kids tried stealing some rare items that was, evidently, worth a lot of money. Unluckily for them, they were caught and were kidnapped by what appeared to be modern pirates. Ichi, along with his kidnapped peers were interrogated by the pirates, and were told that they would servants for the pirates, however, that wasn't the full case. Eventually, Ichi was brainwashed to believe that the life he was living was an improvement compared to the previous one at the orphanage. Since he was given a bed to sleep in and more food than he could ask for, he begin to believe that this was a suitable life.

Growing up, Ichi and his childhood companions, who were now his very best friends, were constantly pushed around and treated like any other crew member on the ship. Ichi witnessed what the pirates did and was impressed by their constant wealth and notoriety. He traveled the world with the pirates and came to a conclusion that he wanted to be a part of their voyages. His captain, San, grew exceptionally close to the youngsters, especially him and made them an official part of the crew. With years of countless training, he was given a sword that became quite useful to him.

When he was in his twenties, he developed into a "fine" perverted thief who did nothing but steal and sleep around. However, the world of treasure around him began to crumble when the pirates' crimes began to catch up with them. With numerous forces and other rivals on their tail, they were ambushed and attacked numerous times. Ichi's world came crumbling down once his friends and captain was killed and taken out of the picture. It burdened him heavily knowing that the only people who he cared about were killed, and has tried coping with it ever since. He settled in the Northern Water Tribe where he believed that most of his enemies wouldn't find him, but to be on a much more safer side, he relocated to Republic City.

  • Fire Arcs

The user's punches and kicks will automatically create small arcs of fire from them as they strike that spills forward in the direction of the attack.

  • Fireball

The user is able to shoot small blasts of fire in rapid succession toward something.

  • Fire Whip

The user is able to create a belt of flames which they can use to strike and burn with.

  • Heat Control (Passive)

The user is able to increase the heat of the air, objects and liquids.

  • Fire Blocking (Passive)

The user is able to, if timed correctly, break away or deflect other fire attacks.

Basic Powers

  • Fire Disks

The user is able to create small disks that can be used as quick moving projectiles. (Achieved after 1 week)

  • Jet Propulsion (Passive)

The user is able to create intense bursts of flames from their hands and feet which can be used to propel them through the air for a short time. (Achieved after 2 weeks)

  • Fire Blades

The user is able to create thin blades of fire from their melee attacks which are capable of cutting objects as well as burn them. While performing this technique, the user cannot use any other form of firebending techniques.

  • Shield of Fire

The user is able to create a small wall of flames which can block attacks as well as burn objects. Some sharp or dense objects cannot be blocked by these flames.

  • Fire Breath (Exclusive to Fire Sage)

The user is able to create powerful torrents of flames from their mouth by simply igniting their breath. They are also able to maintain the torrent for as long as they can breathe outward. The torrent can only be used from close to mid range, but serves as a rather wide blast. Coming from deep within the body, these flames are also much hotter than normal flames and are nearly inextinguishable. This is said to be very similar to a dragon when it is breathing fire.

  • Flame Vortex (Exclusive to Fire Sage)

The user launches a fiery burst that spirals in a cone shape in the direction it's launched. The burst is rather narrow but can reach up to long distances.

Advanced Powers

(Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed. Also, Master level powers can only be achieved after 7 months and require 2 open power slots.)

  • Pressure Control (Passive)

The user is able to pressurize their flames in order to make them semi-dense and have a sort of tangible force when they strike something. (Achieved after 2 months)

  • Combustion (Passive; requires 2 open slots)

The user is able to send a burst of thermal energy in a general direction. At any point during its motion, the user may ignite it via the trail left behind in its wake. If it is not ignited, nothing will happen, therefor the user may disengage the use of this power at any time. This power requires a high level of focus while using it and forces the user to remain standing until detonation occurs. It is also possible for someone else to ignite the thermal energy trail left in the wake and send it rippling back toward the user. NOTE: This power is illegal to use. (Achieved after 7 months)
