Shila's apartment in the Run down part of them, was pretty run-down. She rarely cleaned, so the whole thing was more of a mess than anything. her kitchen is the only really clean spot and that's only because she eats there. She has a radio next to her canopy bed, which is her main source of entertainment when she's there. But it's a complete mess otherwise, with papers strewn everywhere and things broken, and drawers left sitting out. The apartment was bought when she first came to Republic City, with the bed and furniture included. The only thing she brought in was her mess.
