Aeya has dyed green hair that often resembles the colour of moss, as well as startling green eyes. She stands at 5'7, which is a height she's happy with, and she's also pretty happy with her boobs. Not that she'd ever tell anyone that.


Aeya, as much as she loves social interaction, always manages to radiate an aura that deters people from her when she's alone or when she's working. She doesn't like this about herself, because she loves talking to people and getting to know how other people see things and interact with the world. She's a people person, and a thinker but that aura she keeps around her seems to turn people away. To some extent, Aeya can turn it off when she's interacting with people, but then as soon as she's alone again it's like a storm cloud has gathered around her and is brimming with potential devastating energy. She's quite gentle by nature, and she enjoys being outside and looking at and tending to flowers and other plants. More than anything, Aeya is determined to ensure the safety and stability of her family's life, especially after their bad track record in terms of losing family members.


Yeshi was an avid traveller in his youth; born and raised in the United Republic before he was able enough to search for greener pastures. He travelled to the Earth Republic, then to the fire Nation and some of the surrounding islands, then to the waters of the South (he didn’t dare actually visit the Wastes), and finally to the Northern Water Tribe. Incidentally, this was to be the place where Yeshi would fall in love. Luava was a fisherman’s daughter, and she spent most of her time down at the port, weaving fishing nets for her father. That was where, upon departing his boat, that Yeshi first met the woman who would be his wife. Once they married they settled in the Water Tribe capital and had three children. The eldest, a boy named Kae, the middle child, a girl named Aeya, and the youngest child, a girl named Tutu.

Yeshi and Luava were loving parents, and they ensured that all their children’s needs were catered for equally, and they tried not to show bias towards their children. That said, it always seemed as though Luava favoured Kae and Yeshi favoured little Tutu. When Kae was five, it became apparent that he could not bend, and Aeya, who was four at the time, was so determined to one-up her brother that she practiced and practiced until it became apparent that she was a waterbender. Tutu, when she was old enough, discovered she was an earthbender, which often made household life very turbulent.

As life continued on in their diverse household, the children’s personalities began to diverge, but nothing influenced the divergence quite like the death of their mother seven years after Tutu was born. Aeya was devastated, and mourned the loss of her mother for months. She’d regularly visit her grave and talk to her, trying to strike up a connection to her mother’s spirit, but it was all in vain, because Aeya had no spirit affinity. She tried so hard to talk to the spirits that she instead developed a new ability, but she didn't learn to utilise it for sometime later.

After Yeshi recovered from the shock of his wife’s death, he moved the family back to the Earth Republic, since he had no connections in the North Pole, and his mother was ill. They all settled into a little town, and attended the local school. Aeya did brilliantly at school. She was always top in her class, and she especially loved when everyone got together and had an art lesson. Once she was into further tertiary education, she dedicated more and more time to the arts, especially painting, where she was able to put her talents to work. That ability she’d developed when she was grieving for her mother was the ability to manipulate paint in the same way she could manipulate water. At the time, she’d used the power to depict the faces of her grieving family members, but she’d grown in artistic talent and now she could paint almost anything.

Five years after the family moved to the Earth Republic, everything began crumbling down. The children’s grandmother died, and shortly afterwards, their father died. The doctors said it was the same illness that had killed them. Although it was extremely stressful time for the family, Aeya could only think about herself. She’d sent out dozens of applications for scholarships to different universities, hoping the financial aid would ease the family’s financial burden, although that didn't seem to be a problem anymore. Shortly after their father’s death, Aeya received a letter from Republic City University, accepting her into it’s Fine Arts course on a scholarship. As Kae was now the man of the family, he decided that they would all move to the city. Aeya was both excited and nervous for the move. Sure, it was great that they were all going to be a family in a new city, but she’d kind of been hoping to escape everyone for a few years. Once everything had been packed, the three siblings traveled to Republic City as a part of its Citizenship Program.

  • Water Whip

The user can create a whip of water to quickly strike at something.

  • Water Jet

The user can create a jet of water that can be used to push back or even topple others.

  • Water Wave

The user can create a small wave from a nearby source of water that can be used to crash down on something.

  • Temperature Control (Passive)

The user can alter the temperature of water, allowing them to cause it to boil or even freeze.

  • Pressure Control (Passive)

The user can alter the pressure of water, allowing them to use it to grab or strike things.

Basic Powers

  • Water Shield

The user creates a wall of water in front of them that blunts and slows attacks from in front of them. (Achieved after 1 week)

  • Water Cloak

The user can surround their arms in watery tentacles from a small source of water that can be used offensively or defensively. (Achieved after 2 weeks)

  • Octopus Form

The user can surround their body in a pressurized suit of water which has eight arms for offense or defense. The user cannot move while using this power.

  • Waterspout

The user can create a spout of water which can be used to lift them or others up off the ground. Requires a body of water.

  • Water Healing (Exclusive to Rain Healer)

The user is able to heal wounds with water. The time it takes to heal the wounds is based off the severity. The user can also partially heal multiple allies from a distance by connecting them with a string of water. The number of allies which can be chained depends on the amount of water available.

  • Water Burst (Exclusive to Rain Healer)

The user surrounds themselves in a suit of water before blasting it outwards, pushing surrounding enemies back.

Advanced Powers

(Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed. Also, Master level powers can only be achieved after 7 months and require 2 open power slots.)

  • Mudbending (Passive)

The user is able to manipulate the water in mud in order to move mud, add water to earth to make mud or even pull water from the mud leaving only dirt.  (Achieved after 2 months)

  • Plantbending (Passive; requires 2 open slots)

The user is able to manipulate the water in plants in order to strip the water from them or even control the movements of plants. While they need a plant as a source, they are able to rapidly grow existing plants, even beyond the size they would naturally grow, for use as well as repair damaged plants. Plants with high water density can be extremely resilient to blunt force and even fire but are still vulnerable to sharp objects. (Achieved after 7 months)
